Why this one exists

I am one of very few ex-officer cadets from Bangladesh Military Academy who withdrew and came back to civilian life. I sat the selection, I passed it, I wore the uniform, and then I walked out through a door most candidates never see from the inside. That is why this book exists. Every ISSB guide in Bangladesh is written by someone who got in and stayed, or by someone who never got in at all. Both of them are guessing about the part that decides you. I am not.

Seven days, in order. The screening test and PPDT, the group tasks, the physical and the GTO, the medical and the President interview. Each day carries one candidate's story, including the ones who failed, because the mistakes are more useful than the wins.
